This is the first time I have been a patient here. I was referred for a root canal. From the minute I walked into the office, I was welcomed. Once in the chair, after a minimal wait, I received excellent care by the dental assistant and Dr Jonas. He reviewed my ex-rays, explained the problem and my options so I understood it. Often in the long procedure I was asked, “ How am I doing?”. I had so little pain after the work. The following day, I had no follow-up pain. I highly recommend this endodontist and office.

Nobody looks forward to a root canal, but River City was exceptional. The staff were amazing and the dentist was top notch! I appreciated their kindness and explaining things along the way so I knew what to expect. Thank you!

I was really impressed by the level of care and service I received from River City Endodontics. Every one was pleasant and the atmosphere was professional but relaxed. I had a small complication from a procedure and Dr Dale was gracious and very helpful. They also don’t look for work so that’s refreshing. I won’t hesitate to go back for future dental work.

I’ve been there twice now, to deal with an infection in a tooth with a crown & root canal. 1) reception staff: kind, professional and they “know their stuff.” When I needed help with insurance claim both on the phone and in person they were very helpful! 2) Dr. Jonas Dale’s nurse is very kind. She will offer you a blanket and adjust your head position until it feels “just right!” 3) Dr Jonas is extremely knowledgeable. My dentist trusts this team for his patients. Dr Jonas explains everything, great at answering questions, and has a very soft touch, which is especially important when getting the local anesthesia! Downside: like ALL dental offices it is cold. So take advantage of their blankets! Also, in new location so finding the office is a little challenging. THANK YOU RIVER CITY ENDODONTICS

Dr. Jonas Dale is absolutely amazing!! In fact everyone I came in contact with at the office was so kind and informative. I had quite the infection in my right upper jaw. Dr. Dale saved me. I’m so grateful for his experience and bedside manner. I highly recommend River City Endodontics!! Thank you to all for being so wonderful . 🥰
